MEET YOUR NEIGHBOR

Gamal Burhum, College Park Realtor

I have lived in College Park since 2017. I serve on the HOA board, volunteered on the school parent council, and sponsor the College Park Splash. I know the six original floor plans, the remodels neighbors have done, and what each model sells for today.

Licensed since 2004, I am a broker with Real Broker and a court-appointed receiver in Orange County. My approach is simple: price your home accurately for its model and upgrades, and present every offer.

Built in the 1970s. Still one of Irvine's best values.

College Park was built in the early 1970s by S&S Construction (Shapell Industries) in Walnut Village by The Irvine Company. Its 820+ homes come in six original floor plans, named after universities: the Purdue, Syracuse, Yale, Cornell, Berkeley and Columbia. Prices started at $35,990. Today they sell for $1.1M to $1.8M, and each model has its own value range, so the model and its upgrades matter more than any average.
